RADIX FRAGMENT

 Reproduction of the artwork FRAGMENTO RADIX, which was exhibited at MOM – Oscar Niemeyer Museum in 2022.

 The African continent, exuberant in culture and nature, sadly still bears the scars of colonization and civil wars. Inserted in these contexts, women and children explain human vulnerability in the face of the perversity of male agents of war. The violation of their bodies and the exodus are among the most traumatic consequences of this political-social drama. A look can mix different feelings: fear, resignation, perseverance. But in the face of escape, the tribal paint on their faces remains as a link of identity with their origins, their roots.

The artwork belongs to the Persona series of paintings, where female figures are represented by masks, or personas, that serve as interfaces between the authentic woman and the one who assumes a role in society.

Exchanges and returns are accepted under two conditions:

1 - RETURN DUE TO DEFECT / DAMAGE

Prints are delicate pieces and are therefore packed with gloves, with utmost care and attention, ensuring thorough inspection before shipping to the customer.

In case of defect or damage, please contact us at shop@silviabrum.com.br within seven calendar days from the date of product arrival, providing your full name and a description of the issue. It is recommended to attach photos illustrating the problem to the email.

For the exchange/refund to be approved, the product must not show any signs of improper handling ,such as fingerprints, stains, or dents.

Upon verification of the defect / damage, the customer may choose a refund of the paid amount or a replacement Print. In this case, the costs of return shipping will be covered by the artist.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and properly packaged. Shipping can be done via PAC, Sedex, or delivered to the address provided via email. Failure to meet the established conditions will result in the artist not accepting the return of the product. The maximum deadline for cancellation requests is 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the order. Requests for refund or exchange will not be considered after this period.

2- REFUND FOR REPENTANCE

Please contact us at shop@silviabrum.com.br within seven calendar days from the date of product arrival, providing your full name and order number for the return.

The artist will provide via email the necessary data and procedures for returning the product. Prints are delicate pieces and are therefore packed with gloves, with utmost care and attention, ensuring thorough inspection before shipping to the customer.

For your return/refund to be approved, the product must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of improper handling such as fingerprints, stains, or dents.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and properly packaged. Shipping can be done via PAC, Sedex, or delivered to the address provided via email. In the case of return due to REGRET, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Upon receipt, the artist will assess the product within 5 (five) business days and, if everything is in order, will respond with the relevant information for the refund.
